Hi IMPS!! My name is Katie, and I am SO grateful to be yall's head coach this year! This is my sixth year as a coach for CSC, and I am a group instructor at Triangle Aquatic Center as well for the past 2 years. I swam year round for 5 years, and I was on the Cary High Swim team all 4 years of high school. I am a rising sophomore at UNCW (Go Seahawks) majoring in social work and psychology. I have taught all ages, from as young as 2 years old all the way to adults. I am so excited to see everyone this season!
I have been a swimmer with CSC for 15 years and a year-round athlete with New Wave Swim Team for 7 years. I specialize in freestyle and breaststroke, and I have qualified for multiple USA Swimming National meets as well as North Carolina high school regional and state championships.
I have 4 years of experience coaching and teaching swim lessons, working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels. I am passionate about sharing my love of swimming with others, especially helping children learn water safety while building their skills, confidence, and enjoyment in the pool.
Hi I’m Coach Emmie! I am a rising senior at cary high school and I have been swimming with the team for 11 years. This is my fifth year on the coaching staff (including jr. coaching) and my first year as a lead assistant. I am a member of the cary high school executive student council. I am also a member of our school’s national honor Society. I am ecstatic for this summer and all the opportunities we will have to make memories!

Hi! My name is Natalie and I’m a freshman at Cary high school. This summer is my 11th year of being on the swim team at CSC! This is my first year as an assistant coach at CSC, but I’ve been a junior coach for the past two years. I also swim with Wave and practice at CSC during the year! My favorite thing about CSC is the community that we have and I’m super excited to coach this summer!
I am one of your assistant coaches this year and have been a member of Cary Swim Club for 10 years. I have been swimming competitively year-round for a decade and currently compete at the senior level with the Wave Swim Team at Cary Swim Club. I have two years of experience as a junior coach and one year as an assistant coach, where I have developed strong leadership and mentoring skills. I specialize in long-distance freestyle and breaststroke, focusing on endurance, technique, and race strategy. I am passionate about helping swimmers improve and achieve their goals, and I am excited to contribute to a successful and rewarding season.
Hi! I’m Coach Rose, a rising high school senior and a competitive swimmer for the New Wave Swim Team. Swimming has been a huge part of my life, and I’m so excited to bring my experience from the club circuit to the summer league deck this season. Hello! My name is Calvin Provost and I’ve been coaching for 3 years and swimming for 12 years. My favorite stroke is breastroke and I compete at a national level in all strokes. I also hold 3 team records for Cary swim club as well as the 2024 Bill Jones Award. I enjoy cheering on teammates, pasta pump up Mondays and games on fun Fridays! My favorite thing about CSC is the amazing team atmosphere and the awesome swim meets, I am looking forward to this year at CSC!
Hey, my name's John I’m a freshman at Cary High. This year will be my 7th year on the team. I’ve been a jr coach for the past 2 years and now I am an assistant coach. I’ve also swam for wave for 4 years. My favorite parts of the swim team is how much fun everyone has at the meets and fun Fridays.
